Depending on where you are located, your local hardware or automotive store may supply AmPro. If not, you may also buy AmPro online from e-commerce chains such as Amazon.

Each AmPro product is warranted to the original retail purchaser to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product until the product no longer functions properly due to normal wear and tear. The duration of the standard AmPro warranty is dependent on the category of the tool. Hand Tools and Specialty Tools are backed by limited lifetime warranty. Air Compressors, Air Tools and Electrical Tools are one-year warranty. Torque Wrenches are 90-day warranty. Flashlights are one-year warranty. Consumable and wear-and-tear products and parts are not covered under warranty. Warranty does not apply to abuse, misuse, alteration, unauthorized repair or accident. Wear-and-tear is not covered under warranty. Wear-and-tear describes the point at which a product no longer functions properly after its useful life is exceeded. The term wear-and-tear also includes consumable items and components such as batteries, blades, bits, punches, dies, belts, grinding wheels, sanding pads, fuses and other consumables.
AmPro defines workmanship failure as the instance when a product fails to perform according to its designed specification directly as a result of defects in the manufacturing process. AmPro quality assurance engineers are hard at work to ensure that all AmPro products consistently meet AmPro's elite standards of quality. However, please bear in mind that in practice, no manufacturing process can be absolutely perfect.
Under normal circumstances, AmPro usually requires that the defective tool is returned to the AmPro Service Center in order for the AmPro quality assurance team to identify the source of the defect. AmPro is always working to perfect the quality and design of its products, and that includes actively searching and learning from any areas that can be improved upon. This is why AmPro is synonomous with outstanding quality and performance.
If the set item is eligible under warranty, with the exception of wear-and-tear and consumable items, all individual tools and parts within the set are protected under warranty in most cases. Should the performance of any tool or part within the set fail to meet its designed specification, AmPro will be happy to repair or replace the item if found to be defective and under the condition that all criteria for warranty eligibility has been met.
